I only recently came across this info otherwise I would have shared it earlier…there is a little charging station set up at 8 Central St. Salem, MA 01970 so you can save your dying cell phone!
According to their Facebook page:
“Come down to the Chamber to revive your dead cell phone battery. $3-5 for 30 min. Cold Water available for purchase – get your souvenir shirts! Keep watch downtown for your coupon on charging and discount on T-shirts.”
I personally use a portable charger in my bag when I am walking around Salem snapping, tweeting and texting. 😛 I got mine from Amazon (*) and it has been awesome so far.
