Oysterfest at Finz: 3rd annual shuck-off — Nov. 12, 2017

Oh this looks like fun! I’m not even into seafood that much (I know, I know) and I’d still swing by. 😛

Per the Facebook event:

“On November 12th, we have fried and raw oysters, live music, wine samples from MS Walker, sponsorship from Farmer Willie’s Craft Ginger Beer and Fat Dog Oyster Farm and lots more. Only $10 at the door, no tickets needed. Finz will square off in a shucking competition with sister restaurants Sea Level Oyster Bar & Kitchen and Sea Level Newburyport. Only one lucky shucker takes home the trophy!

In addition to live music and the shuck off, fest-goers will receive some oysters, tastings with Cape Ann Brewery, Deacon Giles, and MS Walker”

This event takes place at Finz, 76 Wharf St. Salem, MA 01970. 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
