The Friday Favorites — Salem based Instagram accounts

Woohoo, it’s Friday!! Today on the blog for today’s Friday Favorites I figured we could go over some of my favorite Salem based IG accounts. Not everyone is within a decent travel distance to Salem or has the time and means to visit, so here are some accounts to give you a taste of the witch city from afar. <3

You knew I had to mention my takeover account, right? 😛 The Salem Takeover is “occupied” by different Salem businesses or locals each weekend, offering you their view of the city. Check the bio info for who is currently being featured. This weekend (Mar. 9-11, 2018) is @goodnightfatty.

This is a new account that has popped up within the last few months and it has been a lot of fun so far. The people who run it pick photos each day from other users to feature, giving you tons of different angles of Salem.

Stunning images from around Salem, posted regularly. Need I say more? One of my favorites they have shared recently is this one.

@hellosalem
Ty Hapworth is the photographer behind this account and his work is awesome. The work he posted recently of the snow around Salem is stunning.
