The Friday Favorites — Grilled cheese sandwich

I seriously love a yummy grilled cheese sandwich. I know I’m not alone in this so I figured we could cover some of my personal favs in Salem!

The first place that comes to mind for a good grilled cheese is Ledger. Theirs is on a thick, hearty bread and comes with tomato soup. Delicious on a cold day!! The inside of Ledger is also gorgeous, so if you haven’t stopped by I’d suggest it.

Next up is, of course, The Cheese Shop of Salem with their epic grilled cheese. Holy goddddd. It is made on bread from A&J King Bakery and it’s absolutely delicious (pictured above). You can read about it on their website here for details.

Lastly, I need to give a shout out to The Witch’s Brew Cafe. I have sat in their dining area and had a grilled cheese and fries many times and it is a classic. Served on regular white bread with a pickle, it’s always yummy.
