Let me begin today’s Friday Favorites post by pointing out that I am not a big seafood eater. At all. So when I actually like something seafood based, it’s a big statement coming from me haha. A good lobster roll is something I do seek out from time to time and there are TWO places in Salem that are my favorites. There are, of course, other restaurants that offer the same and I’m sure they’re delicious too, but the following restaurants are my go-to spots.
First up, is the Lobster Shanty. They are newly opened for the season and ready to serve it up! According to their menu (as of the publish date of this blog post) the cost is $25 and it comes with 6 oz. of meat. Served in a buttered toasted roll with french fries. This one has never let me down and has been good every time I’ve stopped in.
Next and my other personal go-to is Sea Level Oyster Bar. Oh my goodness, always so yummy. According to their menu (again, as of the publish date of this blog) it’s priced at Market Price and is served on a brioche bun with house made chips.
