With the warmer weather in Salem comes businesses reopening their doors!! According to Historic New England, the Phillips House Museum is welcoming visitors and tours again starting on May 1, 2018.

“Phillips House Museum reopens for tours on Tuesday, May 1. Located in Salem’s McIntire Historic District, this stunning fusion of Federal and Colonial Revival styles is the only Chestnut Street mansion open to the public. First constructed in Danvers in 1800 and moved by oxen to Salem in 1821, the property offers a glimpse into the lives of five generations of the prominent Phillips family, as well as their Irish wait staff.
Join us at Phillips House between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm on 5/1 for its opening day, or stop by during these hours any Tuesday through Sunday all summer long!”
