Yay! Happy Friday, everyone. Today I figured we’d chat about one of my personal favorites…PIZZA! Salem has many options, some that are present year round and one or two that are seasonal. I happen to have two that I want to mention, so here we go.
First up, I have to give mention to Flying Saucer Pizza Co. As a die hard Browncoat and lover of many things that are considered “geeky”, I love the decor and vibe. Seriously, just check out the menu. You’ll see nods to Star Wars, Star Trek, Guardians of the Galaxy, Futurama and more. Also, their pizza is delicious!!!
Second, I want to throw in Rockafellas. Now, I know the buffalo chicken flatbread appetizer isn’t actually pizza but I love it and it’s pretty close if you ask me. On the menu it’s described as “ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, buffalo chicken, topped with crumbled bleu cheese” and it’s pictured above on the blog post. Kind of an unusual pick, but hey, it’s my honest opinion. 😛
