“Join Historic Salem, Inc. for an evening of abundance & magic as we celebrate the coming of Summer on the Bowditch House grounds on Sunday, June 17th!
* 5-7pm: Barbeque catered by Smokin’ Betty’s & blues music by Drivin’ Blind
* 7pm: Talk by Salem Historical Society on Astrology & Astronomy Through the Ages
* Followed by traditional Solstice activities & candlelight tour of the Witch House
We are pleased to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Nathaniel Bowditch’s translation of Mécanique Céleste – our copy will be available for viewing at the event!
Tickets are $85 for non-members, $75 for members
All proceeds benefit HSI’s mission of historic preservation in Salem, Massachusetts.
