The warmer weather is finally here!! Today was actually kind of chilly, oddly enough but I am seeing triple digit temperatures in the forecast soon. So what are some of my favorite things to do in the witch city in the warm weather?
For starters, I absolutely love being on the Salem Trolley with the windows/sides open on a nice day. I learn something new every time I’m aboard and it’s a great way to sight see if you’re new to Salem. On spring and summer days, cruising around on the trolley is absolutely lovely and one of my favorites.
Next I have to mention the Salem Arts Festival. If you’re new here…it’s one of my favorite events in Salem and happens every year in early June. The SAF is a celebration of all things arts; it features singers, dancers, musicians, live mural painting, aerialists, poetry and more.
Lastly, I want to include some of my favorite summer foods in Salem: popcorn from E.W. Hobbs, ice cream from Melt, iced coffee from Brew Box, sitting in the perimeter seating at Tavern in the Square when the window walls are open for drinks and sitting outside at Far From The Tree.
