We have officially made it through Christmas and I know people who are already taking their trees down!! Today I wanted to share the info for the City of Salem’s Christmas tree bonfire, details per Salem.com.
“Thursday, January 3, 2019 Dead Horse Beach at Salem Willows, 6:00 PM
Rain/snow/wind reschedule date: Friday, January 4th, check www.salem.com for rescheduling information.
Bring your Christmas tree with you that evening, drop it off at the beach after January 2nd or leave it out for curbside pick up beginning December 31st. Please don’t forget to remove all decorations and lights from your tree.
FYI – Citywide Christmas tree curbside collection will also take place as scheduled January 7-11, 2019.”
