“It’s happening again, Notch’s 9th Anniversary Party! We will be celebrating with our springtime Franconian Rauchbier, Fire Walk With Me, and a very special menu that will include Schweinshaxen! There are no tickets and no cover charge, but there will be pre-sale tickets for the Schweinshaxen!

Schwenshaxen is German delicacy of bone-in roast pork also known as a Pork Knuckle served with potato dumplings (Klöße) and other traditional garnishes. $20.00 for a 22oz portion of Schweinshaxen w/ traditional garnishes.”
