I love when the witch city comes together like this. If you want to help keep Salem clean and enjoyable for all, join in on the clean ups on June 1st. Details are per Facebook:
“Join us at Charter St Cemetery in the morning for a clean up and public outreach with information about current conservation efforts and distribution of flyers about the cemetery’s history. At noon we will move to Howard Street and repeat the process there! We will have water and lemonade for all our thirsty workers, and will provide gloves and trash bags, but you are welcome to bring your own! Please note that there is a city wide clean up happening that day, so please check in with us when you arrive so we can teach you how to safely navigate the sites. Thank you!”
This event takes place on June 1, 2019 beginning at 10:00 am and going until 2:00 pm. Enjoy!! <3
