North Shore Cancer Walk — June 23, 2019

If you want to break out the sneakers and support a good cause at the same time, your chance is coming up!! Details of the North Shore Cancer Walk are per Facebook as well as the walk’s website:

“On Sunday, June 23, 2019, mothers, fathers, children, grandparents, friends, co-workers, teachers and students will wind their way along the 10K (6.2 mile) WALK route through Salem. For nearly three decades, the North Shore Cancer WALK has brought together a community focused on raising funds for the fight against cancer. To date, we have raised more than $23 million. This year that mission will again be celebrated, as entertainers and supporters along the route lend a festive air to an unforgettable journey, driven by determination and inspired by hope.

Proceeds from the 2019 WALK will be used to provide support to Oncology services on the North Shore Medical Center’s Salem campus as well as for clinical trials, wellness care and other Oncology services at the Mass General/North Shore Cancer Center in Danvers.”

This walk takes place on June 23, 2019 at Salem Willows, registration begins at 7:30 am. 167 Fort Ave. Salem, MA 01970. To register for the walk, click here. Enjoy!! <3
