If you’ve ever visited Salem, I’m sure you’ve snapped a pic with Samantha, the Bewitched statue here in Salem. Or at least seen the crowds of people around her who are taking pics and selfies. Our girl is in tons of photos, all of the time. Coming up in 2020 you’ll have a chance to explore all things Bewitched here in historic Salem. Details are per Facebook.
“In June, 1970, the Bewitched cast and crew filmed on location in Salem and Gloucester, MA. Our Bewitched Fan Fare 2020 event will be held June 25 – 27, 2020 in Salem, MA to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the filming of the Salem episodes.
Events will be held at The House of the Seven Gables on Thursday and Friday, topped off with a costume banquet on Saturday at the beautiful Hawthorne Hotel.
Other plans include guided tours at some of Salem’s most famous attractions, as well as a trip to Gloucester, where we’ll visit Hammond Castle and The Fisherman’s Memorial. We’ll also enjoy lunch at The Gloucester House Restaurant.
More details will follow as they become available, as well as ticket prices and the fundraising campaign to help pay for the event. Discounted rooms will be available at the Hawthorne, and those details will be on the way as well. Please plan on joining us for this spectacular event!”
