The Salem Arts Festival is one of my favorites in Salem! I think my absolute favorite is the Salem’s So Sweet Festival, if I had to pick. However, the Arts Festival is equally as amazing and if you want to support Salem Main Streets and the Creative Collective in what they do, this is your chance!
