Annual Royal Princess Ball at the Hawthorne Hotel — Jan. 26, 2020

Our Princes & Princesses are ready to make this a fairytale come true! Both boys and girls are welcome! Whether you dance with Rapunzel on her best day ever, move to a tale as old as time with Beauty and her Beast, or limbo under the sea with our Mermaid Princess, you all are going to spend the evening stepping into a story book full of adventure with us!

Ticket Pricing

(everyone attending requires a ticket)

Adults $85

Children $65

Anyone attending the Royal Princess Ball will require a ticket no matter their age. After purchasing your ticket here, we will also be sending you a printabe ticket through Eventbrite within 24 hours. It will make the check in process quicker. You do not need to print your ticket or bring it with you.

Parking

Parking is free in the Hawthorne Hotel parking lot. There is limited space. Once the lot is full, you can also park along Salem Commons.

What should I wear?

We invite you to dress up in your favorite royal outfits, but it is also ok to be casual. Children are invited to dress as their favorite Prince or Princess, or any other costume or outfit! Adults are invited to dress as they wish, excluding any character costumes. We would like to keep the magic alive for all the children in attendance. Thank you in advance!

Performances

Our characters are putting together a interactive show to include both adults and children. There will be new dances, a brand new fun interactive adventure time, song performances, and some surprises as always!

Raffles

We will be raffling off a few surprises. All will be given a raffle number when arriving, included in your ticket price.

Food

We are still planning our menu for this event. It will consist of finger foods, desserts, and refreshements. We will not be having a plated sit down dinner. There will also be a Cash Bar available for adults who wish to partake.

Seating

This year we will have assigned seating. The tables are arranged with ten guests per table. You can submit to us at anytime who you would like to sit with and we will rearrange accordingly. We will not be able to alter the seating chart after 1/19/20. All seating requests have to be received by that date. We will be sending reminder emails as the event gets closer.

Arrival and Admittance

We will be allowing guests to check in 15 minutes prior to the start of the event. Admittance to the event will be promptly at 6:00pm.

Refund Policy

All tickets are non refundable and sales are final. They can be transferred to another guest. Please inform us if there is any ticket transfer and we will issue the new guest the tickets, thus canceling yours. If you are unable to sell your tickets or find someone to transfer them to, we will issue a credit you can use to future events or to a character appearance at a birthday party.
