The House of the Seven Gables annual shut down — Jan. 1-16, 2020

The Gables annual shut down begins today, you guys. If you’re planning a visit into Salem over the next few weeks, please keep this in mind. Details are per the Gables website and newsletter.

“The House of the Seven Gables will be closed from January 1 – 16. In preparation for this three-week shutdown, our interpretive staff has been working hard developing a new house tour. This shutdown period will allow adequate time for our guide staff to train on this refreshed tour experience at The Gables.

Be among the first to experience the new tour and share your feedback with our staff. The only prerequisite is that you have joined us for a tour in the past 5 years. A members-only tour will be held on January 17 with tours from 2:00 – 3:00 and 3:30 – 4:30. Public tours will be held on January 18 and 19. Tours will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 and 11:30 – 12:30.”

This shut down happens from January 1-16, 2020. The House of the Seven Gables is located at 115 Derby St. Salem, MA 01970. Enjoy!! <3
