I am super excited for some of these Enterprising Women events coming up at the Gables…this one in November looks especially awesome. We Did it for You! is a musical all about women’s rights and how they came to be. Details are per Facebook.
“We Did It For You! is a musical that tells of the struggles women have had to get their rights in America. A high school student has a history project to figure out who has done the most for women of today; she learns the answer from the women who were there.
$15, $7 for members of The Gables. Enterprising Women: The 19th Amendment to the Constitution guarantees and protects a woman’s right to vote. To honor the 100th anniversary of this historic milestone, The House of the Seven Gables will celebrate the enterprising spirit of women and their continuing impact with a year of special events.”
This event takes place on November 28, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the House of the Seven Gables, 115 Derby St. Salem, MA 01970. Enjoy!! <3
