Please, please, please don’t drive into Salem if you can avoid it. Take public transit, take the train, take your broom, take your vacuum, take anything else. October 2021 free satellite parking and shuttle in Salem, MA
“The City of Salem will provide free satelite parking and shuttle buses for the weekends of October 16 – 17, 23 – 24, and 30-31, 2021. The parking shuttles run 10:00 am-8:00 pm.
Free satellite parking lots are located at:
- Route A: Salem High School (77 Willson Street)
- Route B: Salem State University’s O’Keefe Center parking lot (225 Canal Street)
- Both Routes: 108 Jefferson Avenue behind Salem Hospital
The downtown pick-up/drop-off location is in Riley Plaza. An accessible bus will stop at the High School and Jefferson Avenue lots, as well as Riley Plaza. Masks are required to be worn while riding on the shuttle.” [Source]
