I have been seeing this question pop up in my Facebook group so I figured I’d address it here for you all. This is the event information that I know of so far…I will come back and update this post as more information becomes available. Thanksgiving at the Hawthorne Hotel
“Thanksgiving at the Hawthorne has been a tradition for many. Although a bit different than years past, you can still count on delicious food, comfortable seating and a warm atmosphere. Whether you choose to dine in or take out, make the Hawthorne part of your Thanksgiving holiday this fall.Β We have stopped accepting (in person) reservations for Thanksgiving. Take home and to-go meals are available for pre-order until November 19th.”

Wild Turkey 5 Mile
“Proceeds from the 18th Annual Wild Turkey 5 Mile Run on Thanksgiving morning benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem. This is the one of the largest races on the North Shore, with 2,000 anticipated participants.”

Thanksgiving at The Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites

It Starts With Me annual food drive
“For the past 13 years, It Starts With ME! (ISWM), has been hosting an annual Turkey Drive to provide Thanksgiving meals to local families and Veterans in need during the holiday season, as well as stock the shelves of local food pantries and shelters during the winter season.”
