These are just a few ideas, Salem has tons more options outside of this list of course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grab some sweets from Goodnight Fatty<\/strong><br \/>\nSalem\u2019s most loved cookies are available Fridays and Saturdays in Higginson Square, starting at 7:00 pm. Get there early to avoid lines!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hit the games at Bit Bar<\/strong><br \/>\nHave a drink, some yummy food and play old school arcade games at Bit Bar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Have a drink at the Roof\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Roof is located atop the Hotel Salem and offers a gorgeous skyline view of the city. Grab a table, some drinks and chips with guacamole to enjoy the weekend vibes. (The image used in this blog post was taken from The Roof!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Go for a movie at CinemaSalem<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you\u2019re a movie fan like me, you might enjoy catching a flick at CinemaSalem. If you\u2019re also into horror, you have a chance to see Halloween 2018 early this October. Check out the details <a href=\"https:\/\/thingstodoinsalem.com\/index.php\/2018\/08\/26\/halloween-2018-see-it-early-at-cinemasalem-oct-4-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Watch the <a href=\"https:\/\/thingstodoinsalem.com\/index.php\/events\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">calendar<\/a> for seasonal events<\/strong><br \/>\nSalem hosts many events and festivals through the year as well as local ones that are specific to certain businesses in the city.
