Hi everyone, happy Monday and welcome back to the blog. I see tons of questions and requests in my Facebook group for “off the beaten path” attractions and hidden gems in Salem, MA. Today on the blog I wanted to highlight a super unique one for you. Herb Mackey’s metal sculpture yard.

Herb Mackey’s metal sculpture yard is located at 10 Blaney St. Salem, MA 01970 which is the same area as the Salem Ferry. It’s about a five minute walk from the House of the Seven Gables and about a fifteen or twenty minute (ish) walk from the main pedestrian mall area of Essex street. If you’re planning on taking the ferry in or out of Salem, definitely take a second to slow down and look at all of the amazing metal work decorating this yard.
